Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and we value your time as well as ours. To maintain a high level of service for all our clients, we kindly ask you to review and respect our policy: 📅 Appointment Confirmation All appointments must be confirmed 24 hours in advance. Unconfirmed appointments may be automatically canceled. ❗ Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty if done at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the total cost of your scheduled service(s). 🚫 No-Shows Clients who fail to show up without any notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). After two no-shows, we reserve the right to restrict future bookings. ⏰ Late Arrivals We allow a 10-minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment and a 50% fee will apply. If you arrive too late to be serviced, it will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly 💳 Payment Policy A valid card is required to book. All cancellation and no-show fees will be automatically charged to the card on file. Declined cards will result in a hold on your account, and no future appointments can be booked until the balance is paid in full. 🔁 How to Cancel or Reschedule You may cancel or reschedule by: • Logging into WAX OF THE ELITE website BOOK A SERVICE option. • Using the link in your confirmation email • Texting or calling us directly during business hours 💡 Reminder: Deposits, if required for certain services, are non-refundable. Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) for deposit-based services will result in forfeiting the deposit. By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
