1. First-Time Guest Promotions
Promotions like “Buy 9, Get 3 Free” and “50% Off First Wax” are exclusively for first-time guests. These offers are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other discounts, passes, or promotions.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Payments

• All services must be paid in full at the time of your appointment.

• We accept major credit cards and contactless payments.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Refunds & Returns

• All service sales are final.

• Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days for exchange or store credit.

• Opened products cannot be returned unless defective.

5. Elite Rewards & Memberships

• Points and credits earned through our rewards program are non-transferable.

• Elite passes and memberships are valid only for the client who purchased them.

• We reserve the right to modify or end the program at any time.

6. Client Responsibility

• Inform your esthetician of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before your treatment.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if it could impact your health or safety.

• Clients under 18 may need parental consent.

7. Product Disclaimer
Our retail products are curated for post-wax care. Always follow label directions and consult us before use if you have sensitive skin.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and media on this website belong to Wax for the Elite and may not be used without permission.
