At Wax for the Elite, your satisfaction matters. We aim to provide an exceptional experience every time. Due to the nature of our services, certain limitations apply to refunds and returns.

Refund Policy

1. Service Refunds

  • All service sales are final.
    Because our services are time-based and customized, we are unable to offer refunds once the appointment has been completed.

  • Dissatisfied with a service?
    Please reach out to us within 48 hours of your appointment. We’ll do our best to address your concerns with a follow-up consultation, correction service, or credit toward a future visit.

 

2. Product Returns

  • Unused, unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

  • Used/opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety protocols, unless defective.

 

3. Promotions, Packages & Memberships

  • First-time guest packages, discounted bundles, and promotions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Elite Memberships and Wax Packages are non-refundable after purchase. However, if you are unable to continue due to medical reasons, please contact us to discuss options.

 

4. Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations

  • Appointments canceled within our allowed window (as per our cancellation policy) may be rescheduled.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in the forfeit of the session without refund.
